Description
Taking it Personally
At Sirona care & health, we are proud that our culture is based on the principle that we treat our patients and each other the way we would our own loved ones.
As a Community Interest Company (CIC), we are commissioned by the NHS and Local Authorities, but by being fully independent we are able to be more agile and innovative in how we look after adults and children, at home and at school.
During the past year, we have been working with our teams, our health system partners, and with voluntary, community, and third sector organisations to develop a shared vision, direction, and ambition for the future. The result of this work is our new Sirona Strategy: Improved Outcomes for All - a framework for working together to make the shifts that we all want to become a reality.
Sirona is a key partner within the BNSSG health system. As the single community healthcare provider for children’s and adult services across a population of almost 1 million people, our services span all ages from birth to end of life. We have over 3,500 employees and an annual turnover of over £200m which makes us one of the largest CICs in the country.
This is a pivotal moment to join us as our new Chief People and Culture Officer. You will lead Sirona’s response to the Government’s 10 Year Plan, and the supporting national workforce plan, to ensure that our organisation is well placed to harness the opportunities presented by the radical 3 shifts: from hospital to community, from analogue to digital and from sickness to prevention.
Reporting to the Chief Executive and, as a key member of the executive leadership team, you will provide transformational leadership across all of our people functions and professional advice and guidance to the Board strategically and in relation to Sirona’s responsibilities as an employer.
You will shape how we attract, develop and retain our people and how we support well-being whilst instilling a high-performance culture. You will lead visibly across our organisation and with our partners, role modelling our values every day and championing inclusion and equality of opportunity at all levels.
This is a role for a strategic, values-led leader with a proven track record of delivering cultural and workforce transformation in complex, people facing organisations. You will bring deep expertise in organisational development, leadership, and engagement, along with the credibility and confidence to influence at the highest levels.
If you have a passion for health and social care and are looking for a role where you can drive change that will make a difference to the lives of everyone that Sirona care & health supports, then we would love to hear from you.
